This is a bar attached to a boutique hotel and modern restaurant, but classified by CAMRA as a pub as drinks may be purchased by non-residents and persons who are not restaurant customers.

The building is a former warehouse at the Ipswich waterfront. The bar area and restaurant were refurbished in early 2026.
